Marijuana legalization amendment will appear on fall ballot in Ohio

Ohio’s Secretary of State John Husted officially certified the signatures submitted by ResponsibleOhio on Wednesday, securing a place for a proposed constitutional amendment legalizing marijuana on Ohio’s fall ballot.
