On Tuesday, the Ohio Court of Claims announced e-filing is now available after a successful pilot program, and adopting new administrative rules in December.
To use e-file, users must set up an account at http://www.efileoh.com/ with a valid e-mail address, and credit card. Once the account is activated, users can file documents from their home or office.
