Due to the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, the Hamilton County Law Library will close its facility beginning at 4pm today for a minimum of two weeks. We will reevaluate the situation and provide an update by March 27, 2020.

We encourage our subscribers to take advantage of our remote services at this time. Many of our subscriber groups have remote access to several legal research databases as a benefit of subscription. However, even if your subscription does not provide this, please note that all subscribers can utilize our remote reference services by emailing our reference box at reference@cms.hamilton-co.org. The reference librarian on duty can assist you with research and send you materials from our legal research databases via email.

While we will not be available on site to take your questions, we will remain accessible by email to help with research during our normal business hours.

If you have print materials coming due, we will automatically renew them and waive any late fees which would have normally accrued during that time.
