SUMMARY FROM THE COURT:
Where the arbitrator’s award did not conflict with the terms of the parties’ collective-bargaining agreement, had a rational nexus to the agreement, and was not arbitrary, capricious, or unlawful, the award drew its essence from the agreement and the trial court did not err in denying plaintiff’s motion to vacate the award.
JUDGMENT: AFFIRMED
