CLE: Managing Stress For Competent Client Representation

Please join us on Thursday, December 29, from 12-2:45 pm for a full 2.5 attorney professional conduct program with Attorney Tabitha Hochscheid and Jonathan Dicks from Revive Strength and Wellness

This course will explain how self-care is important for lawyers in order to best represent client issues and demonstrate competence in accordance with the Ohio Ethics Rules.

We will learn about challenging scenarios, and ways to manage stress in order to better serve clients. Unchecked stress can create ethical issues, unprofessional behavior and lead to addictive
behavior. Learn how to recognize stress in yourself and others. Learn how to communicate with others who are in a stress spiral. Discover the connection between stress, ethics issues and
professionalism concerns and out how stress contributes to mental illness and addiction.

We will also learn healthy habits that can help offset the negative effects of stress.

This is a online class and we will send you a Zoom meeting link and password.

2.5 hour of attorney professional conduct CLE credit approved in Ohio.

This CLE is available at no charge to local government officials and to HCLL subscribers.  $50 registration fee for nonsubscribers, payable upon registration.
